Chairmans Report

o Confirm Minutes of previous meeting approved, signed by Chair.

o Annual Accounts Report (include Clerks wage – previous year and going forward)

Adrian to provide invoice for meeting dated today.

Pay Sledmere Church 2 x £150.

Sara to receive £750, To invoice for 25/26 (2 years)

o Highways Update

Potholes (Wetwang Rd) 4267748 CLOSE

School Warning Sign 4263337 CLOSE

HGV access to Croome Road (Mr. Hall) – councils’ point may be that HGV need

access to farms along Croome Rd. However, Wetwang Rd has 5 farms where access

required, and has restrictions. Croome has 3 farms. Action: Mr Hall to forward mail

chain to Sara – forward to Cllr Lee.

Uneven paving (and mortar) opposite Triton Cottage - photo taken – Action: Sara to

report

o Streetscene (highways@ - several signs still around the village both ends of Croome Rd)

but not required– “Avian flu”

o Village telephone box - to be commenced when large village project complete. Action:

o Farm Watch Update – working with Rural Task Force – improved performance.
