Ms. Sara Fairclough had agreed to stand as councillor, and she was handed the necessary forms to complete. Miss Douglas would continue as Clerk.
- AOB: A discussion took place on how best to get more parishioners involved in the village as no one had attended this meeting. Cllr Lee suggested that maybe a monthly or quarterly newsletter be posted through each door notifying the residents of activities happening in the village. He said this had been successfully done in Bainton. This did not need to be anything fussy, but it might encourage the locals to get involved and therefore attend AGM’s if they had any comments to make. Ms. Fairclough agreed to undertake this, and the Clerk agreed to forward details of any information she received from ERYC and other organisations which could be included. Cllr Lee agreed to forward a copy of the latest newsletter from Bainton to Ms Fairclough
- Date of next meeting to be confirmed
